The road in that division goes through Philly and he is going to be in for a treat when Spurrier runs into a defense run by Jim Johnson and can go nine deep in the secondary to cover their mediocre receivers. Guest Strike Force! Report post Posted August 29, 2002 Miami Dolphins. Year in and year out, the "experts" predict them to win the division and/or go to the Super Bowl. It's like the media is ROOTING for them. That's one reason why I dislike (I don't really hate them) the Dolphins. Also, the Redskins aren't overrated. Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted August 29, 2002 Well The NFC East race last year wasn't decided until the closing weeks, and the Skins are definately a much better team this year than last year, and the Eagles will be just about the SAME EXACT team this year, so it is only natural that the gap should be closing some this year. If the 'Skins and Cowboys both went into the last game of the year 8-7, needing a win to have a shot at the playoffs, and then they TIE. That'd be PERFECT.
