Account problem with user DiabloIIFreak1010

EDIT : problem solved. ignore this.

 

His username appears pink in the active user list and he says the error he gets is, he doesnt have permission to post.

 

I am 100% certain he wasn't banned, so why did this happen and how can he/anyone fix it?

Just-so-you-know. When a users name is pink it means that they're changing e-mail adress in the SmartMarks database, and they can't post untill that person gets an e-mail conferming that they changed the e-mail adress. Or something like that.
