Guest KanadianKrusty Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Ok, the problem is simple, I can't download it!, every time I go to download it at macromedia.com, the screen freezes, and when I visit a flash page, instead of asking me if I want to install it, it freezes... anybody can help me?
Guest Eagan469 Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Go start-programs-accesories-system tools-disk cleanup. In Disk Cleanup, highlight "Downloaded Program Files" and click "view files". Delete anything that says "damaged", and if any flash plugin is in there, right-click on it and click "update". It'll download the latest version and install it automatically.
Guest KanadianKrusty Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 thanks for the help but nothing is damaged and there is no flash plugin...
Guest Eagan469 Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 What web browser and version are you using (for example, I am using Internet Explorer 6).
Guest Eagan469 Posted August 23, 2002 Report Posted August 23, 2002 Go here to test your Flash/Shockwave players: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/ If there's a newer version of either plugin it will download automatically.
Guest KanadianKrusty Posted August 24, 2002 Report Posted August 24, 2002 it freezes... that's kinda weird
