Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted August 23, 2002 Kittie was awesome. The new chick replacing Talena is leaps and bounds better. She has so much energy that you actually feel Kittie is a band now and not just Morgan Landers carrying the load for everyone. They covered Metallica's "For Whom the Bell Tolls" My favorite part about seeing Kittie live is that they seem to modify their songs live especially on percussion, to make the songs heavier for the live performance. Good Stuff and it was in a small club so that always makes the concert great.
Guest Rock Candy Report post Posted August 23, 2002 If they would ever come to Evansville, I would go see them in a heartbeat. I have seen them twice before when I lived in Chicago, and they kicked ass live. So, I'm pretty anxious to see the new lineup myself... -Ben

Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted August 23, 2002 Didn't Fallon Bowman leave before the recording of the second album? 'Nuff said for me to NOT LIKE KITTIE AT FUCKING ALL. Fallon Bowman = Greater than all the other members.
Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted August 23, 2002 The new girl practically looks like Fallon, with longer hair and tattoos. She has the same skin tone, is about the same size, she just plays bass. The guy they have plays guitar for the touring until they find a permanent replacement unless they decided to keep him. I am not sure why Talena left the band though. We got to hang with them backstage after the show, and it was the usual scene of good looking chicks, beer, pot...etc.....we just went in to get something signed, and she just invited us in and said, don't leave just come in and hang out and have a beer. She was pretty cool. Oh and Tom Araya's brother(TOm Araya lead singer of Slayer) is on their production team. I was pretty wasted and I saw him and I told Morgan sarcastically, "hey it's Tom Araya" and she said, "no man, that's JOHN araya" I was like OH SHIT.
