I like all the shows mentioned so far, with the exception of Family Guy. I could never really get into it. I dunno.

 

Mine would have to be:

 

Matlock, Buffy, Newsradio, Simpsons, the early Just Shoot Me's, Rockford Files and Whose Line Is It Anyway, American Version.

The wonder years, set in the 60's but fucking timeless.

And i'd never cried while watching a tv show until i saw the ep where kevand winnie broke up and a couple eps later he goes with that blonde chick.

 

I didn't cry again until i saw the final ep of quantum leap which comes in at number 2.

Honorable mention to X-files in its first 2-3 seasons.. a tremendous show. But it got considerably worse and worse after that.. ugh
