WWE Injury Report

Recommended Posts

Guest TheZsaszHorsemen

From 411:

Dave Hebner is set for knee replacement surgery, and has a long rehab ahead.

Rob Van Dam has probably tendonitis or some bone chips floating around in his elbow. He is working through it and will be further evaluated after Summerslam.

Rosie has a hip-flexor injury. Ross has a bit of a dig about Rosie's weight.

Maven will be on the shelf for another 2 months with an ankle injury.

Sean O'Haire has a pulled and not torn groin, and a deep muscle strain in his abdomen, which was thought at one time to be a hernia. He is healing and both injuries are not as bad as originally expected.

Jazz, who had knee surgery May 16, is expected back by the end of the year.

Kevin Nash's leg surgery was on July 9 and he is expected to need six to eight months to heal.

Perry Saturn had ACL surgery on April 9 and was expected to be 100 percent after six months, which would make it no later than October.

Rhyno had neck surgery on Nov. 2, 2001, and should be back at near 100 percent this November. Rhyno will resume in-ring conditioning sometime in September, it is predicted.

Lita and Scotty 2 Hotty are both recovering very well and seem to be progressing as expected.

Eric Angle will be released from doctor's care in mid-September from biceps surgery and will continue his training in OVW in Louisville.

The Big Valbowski is healing at home near Toronto from the unfortunate and unnecessary gym accident that occurred recently. His neck is still bothering him and is preventing the talented hand from getting back in the ring at this time. We hope to have Val back in a few weeks.

Kanyon is still recovering from his shoulder injury and subsequent infection, and needs at least two more weeks to deal with the open wound on his shoulder. It is estimated that Kanyon is a couple of months away from getting back in the ring to resume preparation to continue his career.

Wait, Jazz is expected back at the end of the year? Why did they do the angle with Trish at that Divas thing? I thought she'd be coming back soon.

Did he give a more specific date for Kanyon? Did he mean a couple as in 2 or a couple as in he doesnt know?

Sean O'Haire is so misused its disgusting. The guy has been ready for the bigtime since the InVasion. There is absolutly no logical way Nowinski should be on TV ahead of O'Haire. Nowinski only proves that the Tough Enough show's stipulations are complete bullcrap. Sure O'Haire is injured now, but I bet we won't see him on RAW for another few months. What a shame and waist

O'Haire is on Raw. Or at least should be since he's been wrestling on Heat.

And the sad thing is the WWE has slowed him down, bulked him up, and taken away his high-flying stuff. Maybe it's just the guys he's been facing (Stasiak, Credible), but he's been noticably slower in his Heat matches.

i miss kanyon so much it's not even funny.

I feel your pain, dude.

OW! MY QUAD!

Man, I miss Kanyon, too. They need to get him on Raw, or if he'll be back after fall, just get him back on my TV

O'Haire is on Smackdown? Nope, but close.

Its sad because they could give him atleast 1 match on the main show. What are they waiting for?

Have you all seen O'haire wrestle lately.

They took the old Sean...took away all of the movies that showed flexability, and athletisism, and made him wrestle like...well...like Batista. He basicall sucks now. He never could really sell, but at least he could pull of some sweet ass moves that it didn't even matter. NOw he is just another big guy. If they aren;t going to let the big man fly, I really don't want to see him wasting time on television.

In regards to O'Haire and the fact that he has a Brock-like finisher, see also, Lesnar, Brock as it pertains to a Shooting Star Press. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pissed at that...

Well, he wrestled in Indy when I was there, and that was an SD card, so I just assumed he was on SD.

OHaire was on Heat a few weeks ago, but take that for what you want, because Sheldon Benjamin has been on Heat, but he could appear on SmackDown.

I also hope to see Kanyon and Rhyno in action soon, particularly Kanyon, because he really is a great worker... go back to Invasion and see in the beginning of the six-man he was actually making Billy Gunn look interesting!
