I can speak enough french to get me by if I talk with my relatives from Canada or if I venture up to Quebec for the Winter Carnival in February. What a time, get drunk, blow a horn at all hours of the night and praise a giant snowman. Joyeux Carnival!!!

Everybody there is too drunk to know what's going on around them. The happiness is the direct result of the alcohol, which is usually Caribou.

DEUTSCH~! Not that great, but I'll be AWESOME by the end of college. For now, I'm decent.

And the little bit of Spanish I remember for seven years of it in elementary and middle school.

I can understand French when somebody is speaking it, if repeated. Same with German.

ENGLISH 100%

I took Italian for 4 years. If you think I would have retained any of it, you would be wrong.

I can order beer and ask about the bathroom in Spanish, French and Finnish, which I think is enough to get by no matter where I go.
