Guest Nevermortal Posted August 25, 2002 Report Posted August 25, 2002 I'm very sick of Lynn/Styles and their saga. Its boring. End it. Move them up to the heavy division to feud with Killings or something, but just have them stop feuding. I can only watch them fight so much before it gets old. So, I say, PUSH RED! Red is easily the best X Division wrestler besides Low Ki. He gets some of the biggest reactions at NWA:TNA. He's like a younger Rey Mysterio on some sort of flip-flopping drug. Its great. I went to Ring of Honor last night, and he got the biggest reaction of the whole night, beating Low Ki & Styles. The crowd was chanting "Red" even BEFORE he came out. The crowd was rabid for his match, even rabider (is that a word?) for the Infrared & Red Star Press. So, take the fucking title off Lynn and let Low Ki and Red feud for the title. Jobbing Kid Kash to Red does nothing for anyone, especially because Red is so much above him. End rant.
Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted August 25, 2002 Report Posted August 25, 2002 After Wednesday, I was thinking "Why not push Red as a top X performer?" Yes, jobbing him to Kash is wrong. But then MAKE KASH A TOP X PERFORMER ALSO! Kid Kash, Red, Ki, Yang, Am Drag, Daniels, SAT's and other indy guys could make the X division bigger the it already is.
Guest Nevermortal Posted August 25, 2002 Report Posted August 25, 2002 Good idea. But push Red. Ahead of everyone.
Guest Flyboy Posted August 25, 2002 Report Posted August 25, 2002 I (heart) Red. I like him better than Styles, but that's just me.
Guest HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted August 25, 2002 Report Posted August 25, 2002 Red is ABOVE Kid Kash? I take offense to that. But I am a Major Kash Mark. So whatever.
Guest takapac Posted August 25, 2002 Report Posted August 25, 2002 Just wondering how old Red is? I saw him for the first time the other night, and he looked about 16.
Guest ShooterJay Posted August 25, 2002 Report Posted August 25, 2002 The reason why Red jobbed to Kash is that as a former ECW TV champ, he has more "credibility" than someone like Red, who from what I've heard has jobbed hard to every top indy name out there. That being said, when TNA goes live again 9/18 Red should probably become one of the focal points of new X Division angles. Mic skills won't hinder him, if Low Ki can become a huge star almost never speaking, so can Red. The guy rules so fuckin' much. I hope he, the SATs and the Briscoes will be at the 9/21 ROH show, I'd take the bus trip to Philly to see them.
Guest the 1inch punch Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 Someone make a petition to bring the Briscoes to NWATNA
Guest Youth N Asia Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 Red's just a spot machine...push him when he learns how to WORK a match
Guest J*ingus Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 Low-Ki, Jerry Lynn, and Jimmy Yang all get bigger reactions at TNA than Red does.
Guest Nevermortal Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 Blah you know what, Fuck TNA. I want Ring of Honor, god dammit.
Guest I Fear Hogans Air Guitair Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 Red Is good and deserves a push but he is no AJ Styles.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 A.J. can out WORK Red any day of the week...Red is good for spots and nothing more. You ever see Red vs another Maximo or another one of this running buddies...they put on these matches and they kick out of moves that would kill Hogan...and that ruins all the psychology in the damn match
Guest converge241 Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 yes ROH in wakefield was the first time ive ever seen Red and I was blown away.. he could be their Rey Misterio
