People will tune in to see him wreak havoc or hoping some babyface will stop him. X-Pac? Well, I don't think the casual fan really cares about him. Adding him will have very little to no effect on the credibility/prestige of the nWo, except maybe lessen it. A lot of new WWF fans (the ones who started watching '98 and later) never seen Steiner in the nWo, but they remember X-Pac being associated. Adding X-Pac will seem passe.

At least 'til after WM. I could see Steiner interfering in the Rock/Hogan match. I noticed that too. It's very nice not to see Vince hanging out with the NWO. When he first announced it I imagined him sauntering down to ringside with them wearing an NWO shirt.

Unpredictable, ruthless, total disregard for authority, and knows how to whip the crowd into a frenzy. Bischoff would be an awesome mouth for the group and the storyline of him wresting control from McMahon would be cool. I think the NWO would be good to add Jazz to the group as she is also a hard ass who doesn't respect authority and would also give the female angle a good kick in the pants.

They gotta bring in Steiner dammit. He would get crazy heat for his promos in WWF (his gimmick is even better suited for WWF than WCW). Not yet though. If they sign him soon, then keep him off TV until Wrestlemania and have him do a run-in in the Rock/Hogan match. Really though, there's no NEED for any new members for 2-3 months.

Have them screw the NWO by joining them for a few weeks only for it be revealed that it was a scheme by Ric Flair and they break away for the NWO vs. DX feud.
