Guest redbaron51 Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 Too me I like it medium rare, it has always tasted the best when its medium rare.
Guest -Cutthroat- Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 You like to hear it sill mooing too hu?
Guest El Satanico Posted August 26, 2002 Report Posted August 26, 2002 medium rare is what i usually order. Well done steaks are a waste of good meat.
Guest Grenouille Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Medium-Well. It needs to be a little pink, but not as tough as JR's $2 steak.
Guest jimmy no nose Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 But I LOVE A-1 on my steak! I love A-1 on everything, it's not that good on it's own, but it's OK. I like my steak medium-well, not too over cooked.
Guest dreamer420 Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 I like my steaks medium. Not too cooked but not to alive either.
Guest El Satanico Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 What in the hell does liking A1 on steak have to do with how you like it cooked.
Guest TheRockIsTheEuropeanChampion Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 I prefer my steaks to be as raw as my fish... Which is never cooked, of course. Luckily I don't eat it like that very often... A1? Eh? I've never had it... Any better than ketchup?
Guest Fook_Hing_Ho Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Burnt on the outside, frozen on the inside. It balances out quite evenly. Seriously though, I take mine medium.
Guest Strike Force! Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 I used to go medium-well, but lately I go well done. BTW, I prefer Heinz 57 to A1.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 27, 2002 Report Posted August 27, 2002 Personally, I like Medium Well or Well done depending on the cut. Being Certified in Sanitation, I can atest to the fact that eating any beef cooked below Medium well is not worth the risk of contracting all the nasty foodborne illnesses that you could get because it isn't cooked to the right temeperature to kill them.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted August 28, 2002 Report Posted August 28, 2002 Medium. So if it's a bit over-cooked or under-cooked, it's still fine.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted August 28, 2002 Report Posted August 28, 2002 Burnt to a crisp. damn skippy, black around the edges and tough as a cheap shoe. None of that tender and juicy shit for me. It's only tender and juicy because of the tapeworms.
Guest El Satanico Posted August 28, 2002 Report Posted August 28, 2002 :takes a bite of my steak and lets the blood juice run down my chin: mmmm tape worms
Guest MaxPower27 Posted August 29, 2002 Report Posted August 29, 2002 Usually rare, all red in the middle. Sometimes medium rare, though. Oh, and honey mustard on steak is the best. A1 is a good marinade, but not as good just dumped on the steak.
Guest Insanityman Posted August 29, 2002 Report Posted August 29, 2002 Screw the tape worms... medium rare. And since CT converted the topic to steak sauce too... I like A1 every now and then.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted August 29, 2002 Report Posted August 29, 2002 BLEEDING. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest CED Ordonez Posted August 29, 2002 Report Posted August 29, 2002 Medium rare leaning slightly towards well done. As long as I don't have to bust out steak sauce to eat it, it's a good steak.
Guest converge241 Posted August 30, 2002 Report Posted August 30, 2002 marinated for a couple of days then grilled well done
Guest hardyz1 Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 Medium well with some Heinz 57, if available.
Guest El Gigante Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 Medium to medium-well at times with some A1 or Heinz 57 depending on whats laying around at the time.
Guest RazorxEDGE Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 Rare. Very rare. Not just pink in the center, but a shade of purple.
Guest NoCalMike Posted September 24, 2002 Report Posted September 24, 2002 Bronco Crisp, or Bloody as Hell?
