I don't usually post in this forum, so I'm sorry if this movie has talked about before. My friends and I just rented this DVD last night, mainly because there was really nothing else at the store. I was expecting a couple cheap laughs, but I ended up laughing almost the entire night. Thinking about scenes one night later still makes me lol. It's much better than Freddy Got Fingered, which I also slightly enjoyed. And unlike Freddy, I'd gladly watch this movie again.

Personally, I love this movie. I watch it at work almost every night, and I still find new things to laugh at. Most people just right it off as "stupid" which is undeniably true, but it also has some very funny moments.

This really comes across in the commercials too, which is a shame, since the actual movie has much more to offer than girls with one boob and fighting cows. Actually, I'm sure there are a few people reading this thread thinking we're retarted or something.

Wow.... I never knew this movie is actually good. I saw the commercials and just like Art said, the commercial totally made me un-interested in the movie. The WWF Sunday Night Heat thing didn't get me too pumped about it either. Maybe I'll actually check this movie out now.

Too damn stupid, IMO. Couple laughs, but I thought it would've been way better as a mini move, like those thumb movies Oedekerk did before. Just too much for a full-length movie.

I felt sorry for Roger Ebert for having to sit through this one. Also, WWE helped promote it. And any movie they get within 50 feet of guarantees to bomb/stink.

^^^ Funniest thing in the movie. If you haven't seen it, don't even try to understand.

 

Also, see it if you want a damn good comic spotfest. Not a cohesive movie, but enough comic spots to make you forget that part.

Only saw the spoilers, but thought it was hilarious when the cow was kicking the dude and then gave him a piledriver. And the Matrix spoof with the milk shooting from the nipples was funny too.

 

Gotta rent the movie or wait till it comes out on DirectTV.

Well, Kung Pow still makes ME laugh and I've seen it about 5 times!!! Awesome movie that I did NOT expect to be any good but...

 

As the magic you speak of, Mask and Ace Ventura do not have it as far as I'm concerned (Mask is good but I know all the jokes so I'm not laughing anymoe AND Ace Ventura sucks dick...I can't believe I laughed like crazy at the movie theatre when it came out but hey I was 10...I then rented the video when it came out and stopped watching after 30 min. since it was laaaaammmeee)

 

Kung Pow is simply worth it for the NeoSporin song!!!

I actually did enjoy this movie, except the cow scene. Dunno why...

 

"Weeoh-weeoh-weeoh!" still makes me laugh. Eh. It's rare when I enjoy a film of this genre...

 

Or maybe that's because most other films like this suck. Whatever.
