Pink question

Recommended Posts

Do any of your top 40 stations or other radio stations play Pink's "Just like a pill" constantly?

I swear, in Kansas City on 93.3, they play that song soooooo fuckin' much. Because one of the DJs there considers it his favorite off that album.

It gets old.. but do you have this sort of thing happening in your towns?

No offence, but I wouldn't be caught dead listening to a station that would play Pink, so I can't say.

try something other than a corporate radio station. If you listen to those stations they'll say that about any song off of any album

Well it's dam near impossible to find a station that doesn't play a certian song or band alot. Unless you live in the downtown area of a large city or near a college campus.

It gets a lot of airplay here in the New England area. In RI, we get both RI and some Mass. stations, and I can name 3 off the top of my head that have it on their playlist. I like the song myself, though.

Sometimes though the stations here are so bad, you can hear the song on one channel, change the channel, and hear the SAME SONG playing on a rival station. It's like there's one playlist for every channel in the area.

Most corporate stations go like this......TOP 40: that every station plays....and then 10-15 songs that only they will play....it is rather sickening to the ears and brain. I have given up on FM radio, and it only looks to get worse with XM Satellite radio, unless they have non-corporate stations......

Well i'm figuring that the XM stations are like the music channels that you get on Directv or some cable companies. There's good variety on the channels not dealing with the top 40. So as long as XM has channels for most of the genres of music it would be ok.
