At first it could have been mistaken for a work, but now after everything you can see its legit. If it was a work, you have fooled everyone and had the national media in on it. Guys, I found it on 411, and posted it here. I'm not invading anyone's privacy. Those documents are on a few high-profile sites and I posted it here for discussion. Not to mention that this paper is public and if you requested you could see it anyway.
