If I create a IB Skin, or even find a good skin for the board, would you guys install it for our use?

Well, Im glad that there is more than 1 skin we can use if that yellow skin comes back, cause I wouldn't use it. It hurt my eyes so bad..

Yes, as long as it's not unbearably hideous, we will use it. I'm in the middle of making one myself.
