Guest oldschoolhero Report post Posted February 24, 2002 Hey yo, guys, I'm back. Hows it hanging? Never mind. So in three weeks or so, our beloved WWF is going to split in two. Everyone right now is accepting this as gospel, despite the fact that the WWF has backed out of the split on numerous occasions. However, it does seem that we are finally going to ge tour "workrate intense" wrestling show once Flair gets control of SmackDown. But here's the kicker: no-one yet has addressed issues such as commentators, title matches, promotion names and, to a lesser extent, PPVs. How are the selected wrestlers going to feel about being stuck without PPV exposure for several months? How is the top talent going to be divided? Guest joshicho Report post Posted February 24, 2002 Good Post. I should imagine that it'll be JR and Lawler on one show and Cole and maybe Gertner or Heenan(if he gets better). As for titles, I'm hoping that they do it like the old NWA did it. The champ can wrestle in both promotions. Promotion Names: WSE for Vinces (World Sports Entertainment) and just WWF for Flair They may even use nWo as a promotion name. I should imagine they split the titles WWF1 gets IC and Hardcore WWF2 gets Euro and Cruiser Both have Tag belts I think I saw in another post how they're planning to split the talent but I'm not sure which. Guest Brian Report post Posted February 24, 2002 I worked out the split for my antasy booking, and mind you I hired a large group of people and brought up people to help things, but here's what my divisions look like: Flair (Wrestling) - Austin (World Champion), Jericho, Booker T, Benoit (injured), RVD (US), Eddie, Tazz, Raven (more than likely to include the flock) Christian, Regal, DDP, Kanyon (injured), Awesome (injured). Tajiri (Crusierweight), Lynn, Knoble, Kidman, Rios, Spike, Jeff Hardy, Christopher Daniels. O'Haire & Palumbo (Tag), Impact Players, Helms & Moore, Mysterio & Juventud, Eddie and Chavo. Vince (SE) - Rock, HHH (World), Angle, Shamrock, Edge (IC), Tazz, Raven, Test, Val Venis (Euro), Rhyno (injured), Al Snow, Big Show, Kane, Albert, Blckman, Stasiak (Hardcore), Morrus, Matt Hardy, X-Pac.
