3) Absolutely NO sense of team. Manny's in his own little world, Nomar's too timid to be a believable team leader and Pedro just doesn't seem to want to be one.

Exactly. You hit it right on the point. It's too bad every player can't be like Johnny Damon who actually WANTS to be there. I mean, for godsake, he took less money from Boston than Oakland cause he wants to be on the Red Soxs. Like you said, Manny's fucking out of it, Nomar could be a leader, but I dunno...Pedro just seems to be out in his little world as one. I expect big things for Floyd if he signs a long term contract to stay in Boston. I think Damon and Floyd could possibly put this team together. I mean, look at Carlos Baegra (sp). Every single time something happens like a run scores, a home run, whatever. He's always out giving high-fives and hugs. He WANTS to be there. People like Manny just want to be there for as short of a time as then can, get home, and get their fucking pay check.
