I look forward to ordering it eventually as I have always heard it talked about in the same context of the Dreamslams and Dreamrush as being great cards that are must-haves. There is a review at CherryBabe, it definitely looks to be great and worth purchasing.

I'd get it, but not from PWT. That's where I got mine, and the VQ is pretty bad. I've been looking for an upgrade for some time.

Tabe has them, it says they are in excellant quality. Tabe provides good service, the only negative is it does take him a while to fill in orders(Usually a week or two.).

and then seems genuinely mystified afterward at the talent level of her opponent.)

Akira Hokuto vs Aja Kong (Another really good one - V-Top Finals)

Yeah, I had forgetten that Tabe carried those shows. I usually don't think of checking there for Joshi stuff, since he rarely carries it.

 

Just out of curiousity, are parts 1 & 2 really worth getting? It looks like quite a bit of fluff, what with the midget match, legend matches and all the shoot fights. Yamada/Nabe v. Kandori/Gami looks like it could be awesome, and the LCO match looks nice too, but in contrast 3 & 4 look much better. Well, except for Bull/Madusa. That I can do without seeing again.

The only strong match on the first half is the legends match. Futagami was rather not-good at that point, Nabe wasn't even close to being Nabe yet, and Kandori's best AJW matches not involving Hokuto usually had Kyoko in them. Kurenai & Nagashima weren't exactly barnburners themselves, either. Maybe the opener isn't terrible, but I wouldn't put money on that.

 

Funny part about ordering from Tabe is the nonsensical comments he makes. The tapes are fine, but the "Doc/Kobashi is the best~!" and "finisher death" comment like this one (the uraken was pretty dead by their 5/94 match anyway) are the icing on the fruitcake.

Ah, I see. Well, I would like to see Yokota, and Lioness has a pretty good reputation as well, so I would consider getting it for that alone, I suppose.

 

And while Tabe seems to be very enthusiastic about wrestling, some of the comments are, indeed, a little weird.

Ah, what the Hell. Haven't been around here in a while, but I've got to respond to this. The Aja-Toyota match is worth the price of the set alone. I just wish I had seen it sooner than I did, since it made me realize what I was missing.

Only the Aja match is worth seeing, though it was a big part of the night's theme.

You mean the final with Hokuto? Yeah, that's the only one that I would really look forward to, but if there's anyone I'd rather watch beating the piss out of Eagle and Combat, it's Hokuto.
