Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Definatly worth getting...where else are you going to find HBK vs Mick, that ppv is ultra rare on video. Plus the stuff with E&C is great
Guest Angle-plex Report post Posted September 4, 2002 I got it the other day at best buy for 13 bucks. I read his second book and I still think it was worth the money.
Guest areacode212 Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Yes, it's very much worth it. It's cheap, it's funny, has 3 really good matches (HBK vs. Mankind, Austin vs. Dude Love, and Austin vs. Mankind from RAW), and one extremely shitty one (Bossman vs. Al Snow), which is made awesome by new commentary by Foley and Kevin Kelly. Guest DrTom Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Read my dominant review that GH provided you the link for. B) It has reviews of all the extra matches (two of which are worth the price of the DVD), as well as a segment-by-segment review of the main feature itself. Guest DrTom Report post Posted September 4, 2002 one extremely shitty one (Bossman vs. Al Snow), which is made awesome by new commentary by Foley and Kevin Kelly. Actually, 212, it's still a tremendously shitty match. Foley's commentary stopped from from turning my DVD player off, but that's about it. It's funny because he's so deliberately over the top, but it's not enough to rescue the match. Even Foley can't put a bowtie on a dog's ass.
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Even Foley can't put a bowtie on a dog's ass. That should SO be in your sig. I can't enjoy the match even with the commentary...even time Kelly opens his mouth I have the itch to just hate the guy more

I look at the DVD version of Kennel In a Cell as more of a pure comedy feature than an actual wrestling match. If you watch it on that level, it's a lot of fun. Guest MillenniumMan831 Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Me too . . . It's supposed to be a bad match. That's why Foley/KK redid the commentary to make it sound like a ****3/4 epic. Get it?
