Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Hey... Does anyone here know how to turn the Salary Cap back on in Madden 2003? It got turned off when I created some players and such, but I want it back on now. Anyone know how?
Guest Kingpk Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Just go to settings, gameplay, then franchise.
Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Yeah, I tried that. You can only do that IN franchise mode...and when I do it, it won't let me change that option for some reason. Despite the fact that all rosters are UNDER the cap.
Guest MrRant Report post Posted September 4, 2002 If you already started the franchise then you are screwed and will have to start over.
Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Yeah, ok....that's fine. I want to start over I have deleted the franchise and I have restarted the whole system, and I still can't turn it back on. Fuck!
Guest MrRant Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Delete all the Madden files from your memory card. That should help.
Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted September 4, 2002 BAH! I was hoping to not have to do that because i don't want to recreate my created players. But, if i must.
Guest HVilleThugg Report post Posted September 4, 2002 Yeah....that didn't work either! Jesus...why the fuck is this so difficult?? It shouldn't be THIS hard to turn on the goddamn Salary Cap.

Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted September 4, 2002 So are you good to go? Personally, I love the salary cap. I draft cheap players -- sign them all to long-term deals when they have 1 year left (cheaper that way) and if their stats go do I simply re-negoitiate their deals.
