Guest Angel_Grace_Blue Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 With Genesis yet again looming around the corner like the Giant Gonzales that it is, I've decide to once again, create a soup cook-off, this time with the new group of WFers. But, due to the epic-ness of Genesis, I'm going to expand it to an overall cooking competition including soups, main courses, desserts, and possibly side dishes and salads if I can think of some interesting salad humor. Anyway, if you are a WFer and would like me to consider you for a spot, PM me (JLers can do this too, but they might be overlooked) or reply here. If you want, make a suggestion for what you want your character to make, but this too might be changed due to lack of comedic value. Also, if you don't reply, yet I've already thought of something for you, you are going in. This topic is just for me to see anybody I might have overlooked, and who would like to see another Cook-off. With that, I'll go back to planning this thing out. !Seld00t

Guest Edwin MacPhisto Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 Dude, I'm all about it. We faux Brits make the best cook-off snackies.
Guest Tod deKindes Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 What the hell are you all talking about?
Guest 5_moves_of_doom Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 What the hell are you all talking about? Only the COOLEST SWF event EVER. I'm in.
Guest Powerplay Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 I'll make an appetizer, being a lowly JLer.
Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 Use me if you wish. I'm thinking Baked Alaska maybe?
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 I'm in, if you can find a spot for a mid-upper card JL'er with no real direction at the moment.
Guest DiabloIIFreak1010 Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 Make this JLer happy and put him in there.
Guest Insane Clown Dan Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 Enter thee Flunkmasta if you can.
Guest Renegade Posted September 4, 2002 Report Posted September 4, 2002 Put me up, I could bring Hamsauce along with me and he could eat all the food
Guest Thoth Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Use me. I introduced you to 665.
Guest Thoth Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 I double posted because I love you that much.
Guest BA_Baracus Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 PROMO (Stubby P. McWeed); "Stick me in there someplace. SO COMMANDS THE ALMIGHTY BA! Mothernature says, please?"
Guest TheAntipop Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 In grade 2, we made tourtierre, and I spewed pink vomit in this pathway on the way home.
Guest BA_Baracus Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 PROMO (Stubby P. McWeed); "Wow... ...tell me more. Mothernature says..."
Guest Grand Slam Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Use Grand Slam if you wish. He would be making Midwestern Chili. Not that nasty crap from Cincinnati with chocolate and cinammon in it, real chili.
Guest ScorpionDanceofDeath Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 I doubt you'd want to use me, but Maria makes this awesome Spanish black bean and rice dish..
Guest midnight_burn Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 I'll be in it, though i'd only be good for some stereotypical Australian role, which Axis or Sacred could fill just as well. Still, if you find any use for me put me in.
Guest Muzz Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 I was the stereotypical Australian role last time, putting vegemite, fosters and various pills into my soup.
Guest AnnieEclectic Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Hmmm, I'm in. What would a lesbian narcisist make? I'm sure GOdrea will come up with something good :-D -Annie
Guest kelloggs Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Meh I'm in if I get used. I can whip up a Philly Cheese Steak...or something... M. Francis
Guest Tod deKindes Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 My question still isn't answered.
Guest El Luchadore Magnifico Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Tod: Andrea is going to revive the IGN/SWF cook-off, in which she will write a cooking competition using the characters that volunteer for it.
Guest Drew_K Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Include me. I'll make Canadian bacon, or something along those lines.
Guest chirs3 Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Count me in. You've got any number of dishes to make for me, since I'm from Looziana. Or, since I'm in Utah, have me make the state food: Green Jello. Yes, I'm serious.
Guest Angel_Grace_Blue Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 I was the stereotypical Australian role last time, putting vegemite, fosters and various pills into my soup. No Sacred, you had pills in there because at the time, you were a loony, remember? Also, I see a lot of people not leaving a name of some kind, not to mention some people telling me what they're going to make...wait...that's what I said...but just for that, I'm changing everything you said to something I want to have you make.... Oh, and Tod, it's not a strictly volunteer-only thing last time, anyway. Heck, last time, I just randomly selected some IGNWFers who I thought would be humorus in a soup cook-off. Not to mention the fact that I posted the old one kinda recently. And another thing, sonny... But seriously, where are all the people requesting alcohol or drug-based soups (And other foods as it's been expanded to desserts and main courses among other things)? Of course Stubby is going to have some hash hash browns perhaps? Maybe his old Stems and Seeds broth? Who knows! Will Riley make a comeback with his Cream of Sum Yung Gui? Probably, especially since he's not here to defend himself or anything. Will NTD host it again, despite half of the people here don't even know him? Yeah, since I don't feel like changing anything (Despite the fact that I haven't even typed anything.). Will I continue with these questions? No, I'm done now.
Guest CED Ordonez Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Ced is in. Just remember to use alot of rice. LOTS of rice. -Ced "Knows the secret of Filipino Cuisine" O.
