Ok, we've nearly got the nominations complete, but we're stuck in a few places. Please vote on which one of the above you want to see nominated for PPV Match of the Year....or click Other and post what other match you think would be a better fit.

Not to shamelessly promote myself. But all I ask, is that y'all don't forget about my SJL matches with Sydney Sky(Ironman), Frost(cage), and MVS .

Yes Frost...I'm sure Danny/Sydney will be in there, as that was AWESOME, and the cage match should be in there too...

 

More self-promoting: Tod/TNT blowoff or TNT/Z [woo, anvil spots baby] should be in the nominees....er...in my dreams. Heh. Ooh, Mak/TNT No-DQ by me, and Mak/TNT ladder were also two great matches.

 

But...

 

...everything pales in comparison...

VANGUARD'S MALL-BRAWL

 

GOD that was a CLASSIC, I LOVED that match...if you don't nominate it, I will gut you all.

From that list i voted for the 6-pack match from Genesis II.

 

Other good ones i recall are Stevens Clusterfuck match, Thugg/ELM where HVT won the belt, and King/Magnifico from Dissention(don't remember it totally, but i recall it being good).

 

Again i don't remember conpletely, but i'm pretty sure there was some good King/Edwin matches around that time. I seem to recall a Cage match and also a PPV one where King attacked Edwin's throat with a baseball bat at the end, at least one of them would have been very good from the little tidbits i can remember of them.

 

For JL stuff, Kruger v Roja Ladder/Cage was good, Strangler had a few good ones around that time though i can't totally remember, probably against Kruger and Brimstone when he won his World Titles.

 

Just about anything done by K-Os, probably his world title winning match and some stuff from the tournament to bump two people to the SWF. I'd also have to say Stryke/Erek from Absolution, it was pretty darn good.

 

Oh yes, i believe there was Sydney Sky/Erek Taylor Cruiserweight rules or something that was good, and the match where i wrote myself to lose for the World Title against LDP and Ash (on the 1st JL show of the year) getting pretty good comments from people.

 

If i think of anything else good i'll add it.

Actually Strangler Vs Brimstone was never a PPV match. I think i only had like 2 or 3 with him anyways like that throw in the towel match, all of which where just regular shows. Brimstone = no good matches. Strangler and Kruger for the World title= a pretty damn entertaining piece. I think that was a PPV match.

 

For the WF the only one i can think of is the one where King first turned heel. I don't remember who he was fighting or anything, maybe that was the one vs ELM.

Ahem. The Flesher/Magnifico match was very very good.
