Recommended Posts

Guest nWoScorpion

Everyone who can read this board knows that I'm a BIG Hogan fan. SO naturally I orderd the new DVD from shopzone. Please, no one do it til I can because it's probably the 1st non PPV tape I'd enjoy to rant.

Gratzie. Gracias. Thank you very much.

True, but the closest Target & Best Buy is like 20 miles away, and Wal Mart doesnt sell WWE DVDS (lol) so I just use the more simple methods.

Don't watch it all at once.

I don't think i could handle watching 5-6 hours of hogan ina row, unless i was REALLY bored. Last tiem i tried watching that much wrestling was when i got my supertapes and tried atching them all in a row. Ididl,, but ran threw all bossman, quake, barbarian, warrior matches. LoL

My best friend has the DVD and personally, i dunno what some people dont like about it. Its a fuckin HUGE DVD with so much nostalgia, you'll probably prank call your principal after watching it.

How can anyone NOT like this DVD?!?

The extras by itself is enough to warrant the $18.00 I paid for it, especially with the pre-match promos. The nostalgia of some of the angles and matches had me tearing up (Andre tagging with Hogan, Summerslam '89 and Wrestlemania 3) while any match that had Jesse Ventura on commentary bashing Hogan is a keeper.

I wouldn't want to by used. Who knows in what condition the discs are in?

From what I hear the documentary on his career is a throw away but looking at whats in store for special features I'd buy it just for that (and I did) lol

Hey, what do you know? I actually bought the DVD somewhere during this post! Of course, I left all the reviewing to you Scorp... bottom line, though, great DVD.

I actually managed to watch the whole thing all at once. I need a couple cases of beer though. I got to 17 beers by the sixth hour and passed out on my floor after the final promo was done. It would be nice to see a decent review. I was going to do one, but maybe down the road after you're done. I thought Keith's review of it was terrible. It was filled with inaccurate info and cop out reviews.
