Guest BookerTman Report post Posted September 5, 2002 A friend showed me this today. He stumbled upon this "toy broom" at amazon.com and had a good laugh. Click on the link and read the customer reviews, they seem so oblivious to the real reason why their girls (even a 17 year old) are "playing" with the broom, and they play for hours, that it's hilarious. At least one person figured it out. Amazon.com: Harry Potter Nimbus 2000 Broom

Guest TheBlurricane Report post Posted September 5, 2002 When my 12 year old daughter asked for this for her birthday, I kind of wondered if she was too old for it, but she seems to LOVE it. Her friends love it too! They play for hours in her bedroom with this great toy. They really seem to like the special effects it offers (the sound effects and vibrating). My oldest daughter (17) really likes it too! I reccomend this for all children. That is the best one. Hmmmm I wonder why so many 12 year old girls stay in their rooms for hours with this thing???? Guest J*ingus Report post Posted September 5, 2002 Come on, it's obvious that all of those "my teenage daughter LOVES it!" posts are jokes and pranks.
Guest The Czech Republic Report post Posted September 5, 2002 I hope that's the case, there's no way anybody with teenage daughters can be that stupid to think they wouldn't stick a vibrating broomstick you-know-where.
Guest The Czech Republic Report post Posted September 5, 2002 Let the record show that if I was a teenage girl, I probably would.
Guest TheBlurricane Report post Posted September 5, 2002 Isn't the point of the toy to stick it between your legs?
Guest TheRockIsTheEuropeanChampion Report post Posted September 5, 2002 Yes. Yes, it is. I wouldn't use it in that manner, personally. The association with "Harry Potter" is a turnoff to me. Huh.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 5, 2002 The reviews are indeed fake.
