I'm such a dumbass, I didn't write my match as a hardcore match!

Meh, Matt/Fugue was reeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally close. Both matches weren't that FANTABULOUS or anything, but Matt's was a bit more entertaining, despite the fact that he a.) used the word "as" WAAAAY too much, and b.) completely ignored the arm psycholigy with the ending, and the suplexes. Fugue's meanwhile, had a bit too much ouside brawling, and the match was a bit slow, mainly due to the fact that it really never got anywhere, just move after move, with no real psycholigy. But meh, close nonetheless.

It had psychology...kind of...maybe I should have tried to make it more obvious. But, oh well, somehow I just wasn't inspired while I was writing it...not too choked up about losing.

 

As for the show, I sort of skimmed it, but it seems like we got some really good new guys coming in, which is really cool to see. I'll celebrate it by using one of the new smileys!

Okay, I'll do a little more indepth than the last time.

 

Opening Promo

CIA, thy name is awesome. I'm guessing both you and Mak joint wrote this, and the quality is excellent. The final remarks by Mak are cryptic yet inspiring. "The Franchise" vs. "The Dream" really gets me. One final run.... CIA and Mak shall soon get their long awaited bump. They've had a great fued for the longest time, and hopefully they will go out with one of the biggest bangs in SJL history. Genesis Blowoff, THY name is CIA vs. Mak.

 

Tim vs. CT

 

Do we really have to ask? My only question is whether or not IL took my advice and went with the "Dance and Pummel" strategy.

 

Myers Promo

 

Damn you Myers. I thought this was Blank's match until I actually started reading into it. Very well done, but what the hell is Edwin doing in his office? He's supposed to be announcing! No wonder he didn't send in the Tim vs. CT match.

 

JM vs. Blank

 

Really, I wish I had done this better in the middle. The ending wasn't so bad, but between the 1/2 to 7/8 marks of the match it was kinda weird and didn't flow as well as the first part. I also didn't play up the Red Mist like I wanted to or should have, but it won and I'm happy to start out with a credible win. I just hope it wasn't default.

 

Flunkmaster promo

 

Very good. Very very good. You pitch the curve and we strike out swinging. Nice nice nice. Hopefully this will lead to something great between the veterans.

 

Leon Sharpe vs. JtR

 

A hardcore match that actually STAYED IN THE RING! Simple props for not going totally outrageous with anything. Solid match for a newguy. Your commentary is very nice. Watch out with the past tense. There was one spot where you did it near the very end, and it can screw with your flow. Maybe a little more description in there. Overall, very solid, very nice.
