Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 Pure in ring work, who stinks up the joint more than anyone within the past 20 years. 1) Giant Gonzales/El Gigante 2) Ted Arcidi 3) Typhoon/Tugboat Thomas 4) the duo of the Bushwhackers 5) Dave Sullivan 6) Tiny Lister/Zeus 7) Bill Kazmeirer 8) PN News 9) The duo of the Russian Assasins 10) Kevin Nash
Guest dreamer420 Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 mabel/viscera el giante/giant gonzalez the bushwhackers all horrible.
Guest Redhawk Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 Zeus wasn't really a wrestler, so I don't think he should count. If he's on the list, than Jay Leno, Karl Malone, Dennis Rodman and David Arquette need to be on there. But anyway, I would say Giant Gonzales. Even as an 8-year-old who still thought wrestling was real and thought Ultimate Warrior was the best wrestler in the world, I STILL knew Giant Gonzales sucked.
Guest BionicRedneck Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 I'm sorry but Ahmed Johnson/Big T is the worst. Not one redeming quality. I mean at least Gonzalez had that funny suit thing, but Ahmed purely sucked. Here are the reasons: 1.He was green as grass 2.Got winded straight away 3.Had an awful kick-punch moveset 4.Was the sloppiest wrestler in history (I saw this guy fuck up a punch) 5.Lazy 6.Awful on the mic 7.Injury prone 8.Prone to injuring others 9.His tendency to wedgie his trunks up the crack of his ass 10.Bad bumper 11.He had the ability to make every move he did look bad 12.Couldn't sell for shit 13.His occasional Godzilla-like wails as he performed his moves (watch Spring Stampede 2000 for a prime example)
Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 Although Lister is an actor, he has worked at least 3 matches that I know of, so I threw him on there. Also, they pretended that this guy was a real trained wrestler, you knew what you were getting with Jay Leno and Karl Malone.
Guest kingkamala Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 Nash can't be on top 10 he's had three ****+ matches(Royal Rumble 95, Survivor Series 95 and IYH 8: Good Friends, Better Enemies) Sure he's sucked lately but up till he left WWF he busted his ass off.
Guest Redhawk Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 Ahmed Johnson/Big T had one thing going for him. He looked like a scary motherf***er. And he wasn't THAT bad in the ring. The PRP was swet. Giant Gonzalez, on the other hand, just looked goofy.

Guest Mad Dog Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 1. Ronnie Garvin - the Garvin Stomp is one of the worst moves ever 2. Terry Gordy - could barely move the last 10 yrs. of his career 3. Billy Gunn - gets winded awful move set. 4. Ahmed Johnson - no reasons needed 5. Mabel 6. the Godwinns 7. Dave Sullivan 8. Brakus I think was his name
Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 To KingKamala, doesn't the concept of being "carried" mean anything to you? I've seen Randy Savage drag the Ultimate Warrior to damn near five stars twice. Hell, I've seen Ric Flair get nearly four stars out of the Cuban Assassin. Nash has had way more duds and negative star matches throughout his career than even half decent ones. The only difference between Big Lazy and Diesel is that he was still in possession of pretty good athletic skills and was willing to follow the lead of better workers. When he started believing his own hype was in he started to do more than phone it in, he dropped dead.
Guest kingkamala Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 Yeah but don't you think ten worst of the past 20 years is a little harsh The Kevin Nash of 1991-1993 and 97-present day maybe on the list but Kevin Nash as a whole isn't in the top 10 worst. Anyway here's my list of 10 worst 10. Earthquake(Hasn't had a *** match in a long time and maybe never) 9. Ed Leslie(Was OK from 85 to 89 getting carried to good matches by Steamboat and Savage but since then he's sucked) 8: Stevie Ray(I love the guy as a commentator and his interviews are so bad there good but wrestling wise he sucked badly) 7. Dusty Rhodes(I'll give him the fact that ge has charisma but has anyone carried him to anything hire then ***) 6.Bushwhackers(Had one pretty good match with the Fantastics at an old Clash of the Champions but besides that it's a sea of DUDs and Negative stars) 5. Dave Sullivan(Just god awful, his terrible gimmicks didn't help but he was plain downright awful) 4. Fred Ottman(Another down right awful wrestler with terrible gimmicks) 3. Tiny Lister(Would be higher on the list but only had four matches and the fact that his opponents were Ed Leslie, Hulk Hogan, a washed up Randy Savage and Abdullah the Butcher keep him away from Number 1) 2. Tiger Jeet Singh(Untalented, overpaid greedy son of a bitch who participates in many negative star matches and keeps pushing his untalented son Tiger Ali) 1. Giant Gonzalez(Don't think he ever had a singles match that went out of the negative star ratings and like Scott Keith says he sells like he has a pole shoved up his ass)
LaParkaYourCar Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 The worst: Bushwhackers Giant Gonzalez Nikolai Volkoff Tiger Ali Sing Tiger Jeet Sing Ed Leslie Mabel Dave Sullivan The Mean Street Posse Mark Henry
Guest Sassquatch Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 Pedro Morales. The man was pushed to the IC belt when it was *crystal* clear he was downright atrocious in the ring in 1982/1983 and held the 2nd most important belt in the WWF. But the Ultimate Warrior is right up there with Pedro considering the Warrior was given the WWF Heavyweight championship. But unlike Pedro, the Warrior wasn't given the belt when he was clearly downright deplorable as a professional wrestler. Other luminaries that made my eyes bleed: Dusty Rhodes The Iron Sheik Nikolai Volkoff Jimmy Snuka Ivan Koloff Jimmy Garvin Ed Leslie Hacksaw Jim Duggan Ernest "The Cat" Miller Giant Gonzales Dave Sullivan Earthquake/John Tenta Hercules Hernandez Paul Roma Scott Norton Brian Lee Ahmed Johnson Ken Patera The Pitbulls Public Enemy Tugboat/Typhoon/Shockmaster Col.DeBeers New Jack Mustafa The Godfather
Guest DEEP THOUGHT Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 I've never seen or heard of a decent match from The One Man Gang. He had an EXTREMELY limited move set (punch, punch and maybe something else), and sold by grunting.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 Perro Aguayo and New Jack come to mind instantly.
Guest bravesfan Posted September 7, 2002 Report Posted September 7, 2002 I've never seen or heard of a decent match from The One Man Gang. He had an EXTREMELY limited move set (punch, punch and maybe something else), and sold by grunting. Don't forget the bionic elbow. As for Kevin Nash being a bad wrestler... The worst wrestlers are those who CAN'T be carried to a great match. Nash was carried to many a good match, although none on his back.
