Ahh... The legendary post that started it all, back on the IGN boards. Way back in August 2000... Or something. Good old JaysonG.

 

But unfortunately, times change. Due to IGN's boards going Insider only, we've been forced to find a new home. And we've found it, thanks to Thoth.

 

The IGNWF is no more. But, the SWF is born from the ashes.

 

Whilst we have a new board for us all to enjoy, let us never forget the IGNWF. The counless hours writing matches and promos. The millions of Stubby's promo posts. The countless flame wars, from the time Stubby was banned, to the time Merc declared himself champion.

 

It's not just the IGNWF starting again... But the IGNJL. Well, now, the SJL. That's right... The brainless jobbers also get a chance to start afresh. And the SML might just surface again as well...

 

It's the end of a beautiful era, full of guts, determination, flame wars, love, hate, and insanely long matches. But it's the beginning of a new era. Even more guts, determination, flame wars, love, hate, and insanely long matches await us in the future.
