UPN doesn't have a News department and like Cable it doesn't do any National news or anything of that nature, regular schedule programs would probably go on uneffected.

Bush is giving a speech to the U.N. on the 12th, but those usually arn't televised live to the best of my knowledge. It's not one of those "address the nation" type publicity speeches either, so there's no reason for it to be carried in prime time.
