Guest CanadianChick Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Other then a rematch with Flair, I can't think of an opponent...what do you guys think? Who will face Jericho at Unforgiven?
Guest BoboBrazil Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 He was supposed to have a rematch with Flair. That is why Flair went over at Summerslam.
Guest SuperTonyJaymz Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 eh, probably loosing to Randy Orton
Guest goodhelmet Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 ithink rob e dangerously is right. him and jeff hardy have a match to fill up some time. i don't know if he jobs to him but he certainly won't beat him soundly. jericho... your king of the midcard!
Guest D'Lo White Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Maybe Flair will turn on Jeff Hardy and become Jericho's manager.
Rob E Dangerously Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 (N) on a Flair heel turn Flair wouldn't be booed even if he fucked the skull of Christ. Plain and Simple. He is a babyface and will stay that way.
Guest D'Lo White Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 They have to do something with Flair, I don't think people really want to see him wrestle anymore.
Guest ShooterJay Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 "What's Jericho doing?" Jobbing. That's your answer, doesn't matter what situation.
Guest Angle-plex Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Maybe he is fighting The Big Show? That not what I WANT to happen, but after last night, it's possible.
Guest Leena Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Jericho may not wrestle at all, that happened at some PPV this year. I'd rather see him do a funny interview, then job every damn month.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 That PPV was Backlash, where he cut a promo also, but did a run-in on the main event. I want to see him beat someone senseless. Just destroy them and make them tap like a bitch to the Walls. Grab a fan from the front row, I don't care. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest midnight_burn Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Either the Big Show, Jeff Hardy or Ric Flair. In fact those could end up being his next few PPV opponents seeing Jericho's not doing much else. Show at Unforgiven (though i'd rather not see that), Hardy at No Mercy and Flair at Survivor Series or something.

If Big Show faces Jericho, does that mean it will be face turn #4592C for Wight in WWE? Jason
Guest Slingshot Suplex Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Who's this Jericho fellow?
Guest Big McLargeHuge Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Just some mid-carder. I think he held some titles back in the day but he's of no consequence now.
Guest Slingshot Suplex Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Maybe Flair could beat Jericho in a Buried Alive match and symbolically finish Jericho's descent down the card
Guest Choken One Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 A match with Hardy would be best, since they are over and I think they could produce something decent as long it's not a squash like the raw match a while back. However, I can only think of Flair and Booker as Credible faces.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 Big Show. I hope its on heat though. Not that I really care seeing as though Im not renting the PPV.
Guest Goodear Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 That PPV was Backlash, where he cut a promo also, but did a run-in on the main event. I want to see him beat someone senseless. Just destroy them and make them tap like a bitch to the Walls. Grab a fan from the front row, I don't care. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge Shoot, Jericho couldn't beat you senseless... his moveset isn't built to do a convincing beatdown. Those flying forearms and lionsaults just don't lead to "Oh my god, Jericho is beating his opponent to death!"
Guest DJ Jeff Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 I think Jericho will have a rematch against Flair at Unforgiven, possibly an I Quit Match. After that, Jericho will face Jeff Hardy at No Mercy, the Big Show at the Survivor Series, and finally, will end off the year facing Spike at Armageddon. Then, to start off 2003, Jericho will win the Cruiserweight Title at the Royal Rumble, and be the Cruiserweight Champion until SummerSlam, since HHH doesn't want to see Jericho as a main eventer.
Guest Edwin MacPhisto Posted September 11, 2002 Report Posted September 11, 2002 I'd like to see a clean submission win over Jeff Hardy next week, a clean submission win over the Big Show the week after, and then a clean submission win over Flair at Unforgiven, retiring Flair for good after a match full of dirty cheating and re-establishing Jericho as at least somewhat of a threat. Not too hard. Won't happen, though.
Guest tombstone Posted September 12, 2002 Report Posted September 12, 2002 Turning face hopefully, See Rock is gonna be gone for at least six months every year. Austin is GONE in every sense. RVD can't talk to a great extent, or sell, while Booker isn't the best on the mike and cant mix with the ME monsters while Jericho's impact style works quite well. Get Jericho to face Flair and ANNIHILATE him in a heel way with chair shots to the back and the Walls and all that. Have Jericho acting as a huge DICK then pinning a bloodied and broken Flair. However as he celebrates, the fans turn on him and boo him mercilessly and cheer Flair as he walks off. Jericho looks contemplative and walks off without comment. Note: HHH beats RVD in the ME with the plastic hammer. On RAW HHH cuts a twenty minute promo with Bisch about how he is the Game and the Man and rules so far above evryone else on RAW... WOULD YOU PLEASE SHUT THE HELL UP! Jericho comes out and verbally blasts HHH and Bischoff with a whole lot of assclown and jackass flying about before leaving to a massive pop as HHH and Bisch fume in the ring. Bisch says that tonight. Jericho will be facing the Big Show. Jericho kills the Show with a springboard dropkick and Lionsault inside two minutes. Bisch comes out and tells Jericho he has impressed him, beating the Show in a little under THREE MINUTES. Rosie & Jamal attack jericho, who goes down fighting. They hold him as HHH rolls into the ring with the hammer. HHH goes to smash jericho, but he pulls Rosie & jamal together and they clash heads, but RVD has sprinted down the ramp and jumps over their lowered backs and splashes HHH. RVD and Jericho clean house as the crowd goes wild and we have a new face and a hot angle for RAW. I like it, do you?
