I';m trying to change my board settings

Hey there, I'm trying to change my board setting so that I can view images in posts. I can't view smilies without this. On most of the skins, the option to change it doesn't even appear, and when I try to change the settings I get a message that you can't do it and it's being treated as a hack attempt.

 

I'm a dumbass, can you tell me why?

Try switching over to the Deep Indigo skin, then change the settings from there.

The option wasn't there on Deep indigo, I tried it again on the vBulletin skin and got this same error message.
