It hardly shows up through his music, which is usually black metal screams, but it's definitely there. I'd shit if they came out with an album full of breakdowns. Guest Nevermortal Report post Posted September 12, 2002 I'd like so state that Cradle of Filth rules the world, twice over, then makes the enslaved masters beg for forgiveness as they begin to rule the world for the third time! Their latest CD (Bitter Suites to Succubi) went a little downhill, but that's expected for a disc full of re-done songs & covers. Although it did have two very good standout tracks (Scorched Earth Erotica & Born in a Burial Gown, not withstanding the super shitty video for the latter). Aside from that, Cradle of Filth has been pretty goddamn good overall. No album by any other band will usurp the title of "Nevermortal's Favorite Album, Ever" from their 1996 CD "Dusk and her Embrace". Slayer's "Reign in Blood" is a close close second.
