Having trouble connecting to any servers...

I open Hotline and try to connect to servers(Psycho Diablo's, Hulkster's, Davy's, etc.) and I always get "Refused" as Status. Any idea why this is happening to me? I used to be able to connect:(

It means that none of them are up right now. There's nothing you can do except try and connect later.
