How do I shrink my picture

I tried using the size dropdown, even put it to the lowest, didn't do anything.

That size dropdown menu is for text...try pulling it up in your photo software (photoshop, picture it, etc.) if you have any and see if they have reduction tools.

If you're using PS6 or even PS7, go as if you're starting a new document. When the box pops up as to what size you want the document, choose your size. Then, copy and paste the pic. That's how I resized my banners.

Well with Photoshop, go to the "Image" menu, go to Image Size, and you can change the size there.
