I like them all except Catdog

 

but Ren & Stimpy is king and Sponge Bob is a close second

I voted for Invader Zim. It's the best overall show on that list. The humor of Invader Zim is hard to find at first but once you start watching it you will understand what's going on and begin to see the humor. However i think Nick is actually holding the show back and that it would be better on cartoon network, comedy central or Fox. It's somewhat dark humor doesn't go with Nick all that well.

Spongebob is a show that i'm a fan of but it's not on the same level

 

Rugrats is ok and all, but i was never a fan.

 

Catdog can be entertaining, but it's still a retarded show.

 

I never cared for Doug and just found it annoying

 

I've never really seen Rocko or Angry Beavers.

I voted Doug...that show was pretty cool before Disney bought it.

 

I've never even heard of Invader Zim, as I haven't watched Nickelodeon in a loooong time.

The humor of Invader Zim is hard to find at first but once you start watching it you will understand what's going on and begin to see the humor

 

well I have seen only a few of the episodes and what I have seen have been good. I liked the rain episode where Zim is afraid of the water as it burns him, so he has a ballon fight with his rival, good stuff. And the one with Zim's spacecraft gets damaged so he leaves it in the park overnight only to find that people start to worship it....the pig as a tow-truck was genius.

the show has crazy absurb insane comedy with alot of inside jokes that can work on so many levels. It had a orginal parody style at mocking fairy tales and pop culture, as in the case of Robin Hoek, Nurse Stimpy, Space Madness. And had a cast of unusual characters besides the main stars such as Powder Toast Man, Muddy Mud Skipper, the Horse among others.

I cannot say enough good things about this show. It works on the same level as Re&Stimpy as it has characters doing normal everyday activities then making it absurb, it is just simple fun comedy. And just like every good cartoon it has a great cast of voice actors.

Yeah i totally agree with you about Ren & Stimpy and Spongebob and both are basically tied for second in my mind.

 

Also Spongebob often doesn't get the credit it deserves alot of people just write the show off. I myself even wrote the show off before i actually watched it.

Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, and Invader Zim are the only ones on the list that I like. I don't get the whole Sponge Bob thing because I think it's a rather asinine show, but maybe that's 'cause I'm getting old.

Sponge Bob is just a goofy comedy with little or no inside smart jokes but its still funny. The Superbowl episode is a must see....Sponge Bob the glam rocker!!!
