I can say this purely, and objectivly. There are just as many psychotic Christain fundimentalists as their are Muslim ones. The only reason THEY arn't terrorists is because everyone else in their little community is too. Most of them are in in our very own, American South. (That's why they call it the Bilbe Belt, folks.)

 

BTW, everyone seems to hate the Catholic Church, for being stubbornly conservetive, but in many ways the Anabaptist Protestanbts in the South are much worse.

Actually the first statement is wrong, last time I checked it was just about even, with both Christianity and Islam having around 1.8 Billion followers. Christianity is growing pretty rapidly in Africa and Isalm is still strong in the areas you would expect it to be.

 

Your second staement is a bit mixed up. The Palestinian cause is a just one. (Although it's been sullied by terrorism.) They have long been second-class citazens in Isreal, and most people in the world today believe they deserve a resoanable amount of land with defendable borders.

 

Also, Christains DID kill people for thier faith in Beiruit, they've been doing it in N. Ireland. Hell, anywhere where there are 2 different kinds of Christains, they fight.

You overlook the basic fact that most denominations of Christianity don't like each other very much. You can't just lump Protestants and Catholics and Lutherans and Anglicans together, but the only real split in Islam is between the Sunnis and the Shias. Like you said, anywhere where there are two different kinds of Christians, they fight. There really aren't that many different kinds of Moslems.

 

The "Palestinian cause" is neither just nor a cause. The Palestinians have been repressed, brainwashed, and used as expendable tools by cynical Arab regimes for decades in order to destroy Israel. Jordan killed more Palestinians in a couple of weeks than Israel ever has.
