Depressing NWA TNA News

Recommended Posts

Reportedly the Nashville Fairgrounds was booked for several weeks, which was the official reason NWA:TNA canceled a couple of live PPVs to run taped shows.

Sources say that the Nashville Fairgrounds was empty on August 28, one of the canceled TNA PPV dates. Indicating that the excuse by TNA of the venue being booked was totally false, and the PPV cancellations were entirely a budgetary issue.

I'm all for them saving money and doing whatever it takes for them to stick around, but this doesn't bode well.

Well, this isn't an inside secret or anything, I know the "source" in question and all he did was drive out to the Fairgrounds that night and look. Bob Ryder had some sort of answer to this whole situation, but it's not posted anymore, and I can't remember what he said.

I don't have a problem if they have to tape a show or two every once in a while to save some cash. However, those taped matches better be good because if smarks read the spoilers and it doesn't look good, they'll tune out without giving it a second thought.

AGAIN with the doom and gloom.

Look - when it's officially announced that they're folding? THEN come here and go, "Guys, it doesn't look good."

Till then, enjoy the show.

I *do* enjoy the show. Very much in fact. I just found that piece slightly disturbing.
