Guest areacode212 Posted September 13, 2002 Report Posted September 13, 2002 He probably means Tiger, the "alternate Eddy". I have no idea how to access him on the PSX (in the arcade version, you had to wait until he was time released, then hit START on Eddy).

Guest KoR Fungus Posted September 13, 2002 Report Posted September 13, 2002 I'm not 100% sure, since it's been a long time since I've played TK3, but I think that you have to get and beat the game with all the characters (including Gon and Dr. B), and then he's just an alternate outfit of Eddy's. If you've beaten the game with everyone, try selecting Eddy with either triangle or start, one of those should give you Tiger.
