Guest FilthyAnimal2Xtreme Report post Posted September 13, 2002 The six seconds magic is an awesome looking move, but I've never seen in done in a wrestling match. What's the story behind it? Has it been called different names? I hope someone can help me out. Thanks. Later...

Guest Incandenza Report post Posted September 13, 2002 It's cool, yeah, and I'm willing to bet it's a puro thing.
Guest starvenger Report post Posted September 13, 2002 I think it's a MMA move. I remember seeing a Frank Shamrock match where he did a cross-armbreaker very similar to six-seconds magic except that his opponent (Kevin Jackson?) was on his knees at the time. As I recall, that match lasted all of 30 seconds.
Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted September 13, 2002 If memory serves me correctly... It was a MMA fight over in Japan, light-heavies, I believe. The champion came right out with a punch, which the challenger caught, leapt up, and performed an armbar while hanging on the champions arm. The champion immediately tapped out, the match lasted (hence the name) six seconds, and there was some kind of a frenzy over it, I believe. I think that is the rough story. I may be wrong about some of the details, but I think that is how it goes. Ask someone on the puro board, they will most likely know more about it.
