Guest cynicalprofit Report post Posted September 13, 2002 Flair, Hogan, or Funk? My votes on Funk cause he does alot crazier things then either 2 guys, but hey what do you think?
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted September 13, 2002 Sure Funk does crazier things...but he's been doing them forever...Shane Douglas called him "The man that won't die" I think I'll actually say Hogan
Guest converge241 Report post Posted September 13, 2002 Ill say Flair. I think he would start to realize that hes getting further and further from "retiring on the top" every day
Guest eiker_ir Report post Posted September 13, 2002 i think RVD will go, and they'll still be here.....
Guest DragonflyKid Report post Posted September 13, 2002 Hogan, he is injured and I heard he was having issues by how much he is getting paid. Out of the 3 I think he has the least amount of heart for pro wrestling. Funk will never retire, he is about as broken down as can be and is still wrestling so I doubt he will stay out for good any time soon. Flair may go soon too, but he has gotten back into shape and begun wrestling on a semi-regular basis and isn't horrible despite his age so I see him wrestling a little while longer. Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted September 14, 2002 Are we talking retiring from the ring, wrestling as a whole or dying here? I say that Flair and Funk will be around the business in some capacity for the rest of their lives. Wrestling is in their blood. Hogan has a lot of extra side projects and interests and I feel he's all about "giving back" right now and once he feels he's done that enough he will quit. As for dying first, just on natural causes, Funk's body is the most messed up, so he'll probably live into his nineties on irony alone. I'm pretty sure Flair takes decent care of himself. Hogan is over tanned and over roided. Bigger, beefier guys also put more of a strain on their hearts and such. So I say Hogan will probaby be lucky to hit sixty. Guest cynicalprofit Report post Posted September 14, 2002 It was in reference to dying, but either way you take it, its still an interesting question.
Guest WrestlingDeacon Report post Posted September 14, 2002 We could start a death pool around here you know?
Guest PlatypusFool Report post Posted September 14, 2002 Great idea! I'm serious! I bet two quid that Hogan dies first.
Guest Sandman9000 Report post Posted September 14, 2002 I honestly think that Terry Funk is trying to kill himself and die in the ring, so he can live some kind of legacy. Of course, it means he never will die. I'm probably wrong, but you look at his actions, and you start to wonder what is going on in that crazy mind of his. Guest cynicalprofit Report post Posted September 14, 2002 I think Terrys had the lights are on no ones home, someone else is driving the truck, zone going on now for well over 2 decades. Scary thought isnt it since most of us would call those times in our life when were not in control of who we are puberty. Wonder if he sold his soul to the devil to do all the crazy shit and live? Not likely but it damn sure would explain how hes still alive.
