When was Bischoff's last time on WCW TV

Right after the "Reset" Bisch and Russo were a major part of the New Blood stable but then Bischoff just fell out of sight, so when was his last apperance on camera and how did they (if they did at all) explain his no longer appearing on screen?

Isn't it when he got his head shaved by Flair(Maybe after losing a loser leaves WCW match?) which showed how white his hair really was. Maybe that was just one of the times he disappeared and not the last as I don't have the best memory.

No he came back after that, because I remember seeing him with shorter, all silver hair. I stopped watching WCW at the end, so I'm not sure.

I remember something along the lines of he had some business to take care of and gave The Cat the role of Commish while he was gone.
