Guest DJ Jeff Report post Posted September 14, 2002 For those of you that haven't heard of the Rebels or the Hitmen, I'll give you a brief summary: The Rebels hail from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. The Hitmen hail from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Both teams compete in the WHL(Western Hockey League), which is part of a bigger league, the CHL(Canadian Hockey League). Anyways, this is all junior hockey, but the beauty part is that these players have a chance at playing in the NHL someday. So by watching these games, I could be watching a few future NHLers on the ice. The game is at the arena in Lacombe, Alberta, Canada. Game time is at 7:00pm. Be there, or be square. Does Bret still own the hitmen?
Guest Phr33k Report post Posted September 14, 2002 I love the WHL. The Hitmen players seem to be more intense and focused on the game than some of the Flames (Rob Niedermayer? MARC SAVARD?).
