Guest EricMM Posted September 15, 2002 Report Posted September 15, 2002 Arg Arg Arg so my RioVolt250 died. Too much backpack time IMO. Sigh. Well honestly it couldn't have come at a better time, since my CD-RW hasn't been writing since June 2001. Double Sigh. So I need new portable music. I am looking for feedback. I am looking for a MP3 player at this point. I can rip Albums but I can't burn CD's. So essentially an MP3 player would be nifty. What's the best one? I see quite a discrepancy between ones that hold 32 megs and 20 gigs. I would prefer ones with substantial storage space, with less removeable parts to lose/break. Anyways, any ideas?
Guest razazteca Posted September 15, 2002 Report Posted September 15, 2002 well I have Philips MP3 CD player the 1st gen one that plays regular size CDs. Its great nearly 10 hours of music on a burned CD. I paid $170 for it about 18months ago when it came out. I think it would be cheaper to buy a new CD Burner and a CD MP3 player than buying one of those MP3 players with flash memory or 2 gigs.
