I have several email accounts, most of which are specifically used for junk such as the above. My "serious" email accounts only see spam once every couple of days. A few of my crappier accounts, I keep around if I have to register for something on the net. They get a ton of junk mail, but it saves my good accounts for actual mail that I want to read. I figure that as long as they state their business in the title then I do not mind. I hate the ones that try to trick you in opening up by putting the title as "New screen name!" "Hello" or something. I never understood why they do that because it is not like I am going to click on their link anyway. I just delete it and move on with my day. The thing I had the worst are these spam IM's that I get on a few of my names. They are very annoying. Like I want to see some atypical blonde slut on a webcam.
