I saw it and yeah, Robin Williams is one awesome actor. The one thing I don't get it what was that final montage of pictures when he was in the police room? What were those shots of?

I'd say it's one of the best films of the year. Great performance by Williams.

I think those were just shots of common objects from perhaps the hotel room. Wherever they were taken, I believe they were shown because if you'll recall, earlier in the film, Williams mentions how no one took pictures of the smaller, less important elements around us that make up our "true" life.

 

I thought it was a very solid, twisted, and at times, chilling film. I was a little confused by the final scene however, where he's shown standing there with the York family. Was that to say that he still saw himself as part of the family or what?

I watched it last night. I think it's my favorite movie of the year as well. Though I'll probably watch stuff like Spiderman, Resident Evil and Jason X a lot more, on the good movie side I have to go with One Hour Photo. Everything in that movie was awesome. And I hate Robin Williams. I hope he'll keep doing movies like this and never go back to his shitty little boring run into the ground comedy act that he's been doing since 1972.

 

I don't know if that final picture really means anything besides being a nice way to fade to black. Except if you just wanna say it means the guy is nuts.

Well, I think it's pretty clear through his actions during the duration of the movie, that Sy is nuts, or is at least a little (and I use that term loosely) off.
