Guest Midnight Express83 Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 Same as 90s, only 10 years earlier.
Guest BAR Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 Gotta go with Dynamite (although I thought about putting Flair). I really don't need to put an explanation. Just check the sig.
Guest razazteca Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 Flair get the vote Flair = NWA but Randy Savage is a close 2nd Woooo vs Ohhhh Yeah tough decision
Guest converge241 Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Flair of all time, not just 80s
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Flair. Only competition is Kido, but I'm more familiar with Flair, and he had the broomstick years. Kid was wrestling Sayama and other decent workers for the most part.
Guest goodhelmet Posted September 21, 2002 Report Posted September 21, 2002 fuck it, i'm a steamboat fan
Guest wolverine Posted September 21, 2002 Report Posted September 21, 2002 WHERE IS JUMBO TSURUTA?!?!?
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 23, 2002 Report Posted September 23, 2002 Why oh why does Hogan have 5 votes when Kid only has 2? At least Flair's winning.
Guest Y2BigJ Posted October 1, 2002 Report Posted October 1, 2002 I have to go with Dynamite as much I love Flair and Steamboat.
Guest jimmy no nose Posted October 6, 2002 Report Posted October 6, 2002 Flair had so many memorable matches. I pick him followed by Dynamite and Savage.
Guest BifEverchad Posted October 7, 2002 Report Posted October 7, 2002 I was a mark in the 80's, so I'll go with the obvious one. But looking back now, I appreciate Ric Flair so much more, not to mention Roddy Piper and Randy Savage. These guys were the best wrestlers of that decade, but never brought wrestling to the mainstream level like the other guy did.
Guest Boseephus Jones Posted October 7, 2002 Report Posted October 7, 2002 I know Hogan paved the way and everything, and Flair was a better wrestler, but I love Piper man. Probably the greatest heel ever and he was just so energetic. So he gets my nod.
Guest Midnight Express83 Posted October 7, 2002 Report Posted October 7, 2002 Hogan didn't paved the way. Thats WWE/Hogan backstory.
