Rob E Dangerously Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 I'd rather have Shane take over. Then a match at Survivor Series that ends indecisively. Followed by the return of Mick Foley, who sends out Rhyno to destroy both GMs. Mick would talk about his disgust over the 'Civil War', telling both GMs that they are destroying everything while fighting each other. He would call for the end of this war peacefully, or else Rhyno would end it physically. Then we'd get Rhyno destroying guys on both shows.

For some reason, though, I'd rather Vince over Shane. I just think Vince vs. Bischoff would be better than Shane vs. Bischoff. By the way, where is Vince lately?
Rob E Dangerously Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Shane v. Bisch would at least have Shane bumping like a madman
Guest DJ Jeff Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Shane v. Bisch would at least have Shane bumping like a madman True, very true. Vince vs. Bischoff would have....Well....Vince.

Anything to bring Foley back (in a serious role), I'm all for. Maybe you should try to write soap operas and fail miserably Rob. That way we can get some good booking on WWE, haha.
Guest Brian Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Meltzer said they're, as of this moment, going to add Mysterio vs. Noble and Eddie vs. Edge, which is probably enough to get me to order with Benoit vs. Angle. So will, it sway me, no. But if they add the right matches, consider me swayed.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 I would order it because there looks to be a couple decent matches, BUT Im not because of a complete lack of buildup for 2/3s of the card. Oh, hmm. Angle and Benoit have no one to wrestle, so they can wrestle each other. Rey Jr.. Hmm, lets have him wrestle Knoble. (I suppose its at least a good thing that the Cruiserweight belt is being defended on a PPV, hasn't happened since KOTR) Eddie vs Edge!!Because, 2 times isn't enough for this awesome fued! Jericho " I just won the IC TITLE!!! KING OF THE WORLD BAYBEE! let me wrestle flair AGAIN! YEAH!"

Would working in a western wear boot store with a Spanish name be a good substitute for 'working in a movie store'?
Guest converge241 Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 "If the designated person is Dawn Marie... I will suspend criticism for two weeks." yeah, that migh do the trick
Guest Si82 Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Steph will win, it's the 1st Rule of WWE: No matter what the situation, stipulation, or number of opponents, the McMahon always goes over "Unless they are facing Triple H." Remeber Armageddon 1999? However, I don't know how the WWE are going to go with this. I mean I don't see Steph performing HLA but I also don't see them jobbing the Island Boyz in their first match on TV.
Guest AndrewTS Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 I don't want to see Steph "Monkey Ears" McMahon in any way, shape, or form. That includes getting her salad tossed by Bischoff or making out with a lesbian. So it won't sway me to order the PPV, which I'm not doing unless SD announces several possibly great matches. As for the win, B+C are Steph's boys now, so they go over. Because Billy Gunn needs another push this year. Unless of course Billy turns on Chuck and helps the Island Boyz win, then he can get a singles push. However...it's Steph. Steph always has to get her heat back the next show and win the blowoffs--except against HHH of course. So Island Boyz job and make up for it with a squash on Raw.

Guest notJames Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Don't forget Shane vs. Kurt.... Shane doesn't count, because he's the only McMahon selfless enough to put common sense and the company's well-being ahead of his own desires (for the most part). As for this Sunday, look for ChuckaBilly to eke out the victory, then the Island Boyz run-in during the ass kissing (whether it's at the PPV or on RAW). Everyone gets to keep their heat, and Steph's ill-conceived attempts at sympathetic babyfacedom go on unhindered.
Guest El Luchadore Magnifico Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 Fair enough. Regardless, these stips don't sway my decision. I've never bought a Pay-Per-View and probably never will.
Guest BaldFish Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 They booked themselves into a corner here. Double count-out, DQ so it "doesn't count", something. You will neither see Steph make out with a chick, nor her bare ass. She's the boss's daughter, for chrissakes--and we all know that Shane's the only McMahon progeny who cares about putting any of the boys over. Steph will only look bad if it's Trips doing the dominating.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 Armageddon 1999 - A McMahon did go over because Stephanie McMahon was on th e winning team. KOTR 2001 - Shane lost but put himself over for taking the bumps. McMahons always come out on top in some way. I was thinking the other day about how a lack of a competetitor hurt the WWF. In the past, top guys could get signed by WCW and WWF wold hav to make new stars. If that held true today, we might not have the same wrestlers hogging the spotlight. The catch is, the McMahons are a constant and will never go away. Stephanie McMahon is the new Dusty Rhodes.

I thought someone over at another discussion forum I go to said HHH was the new Dusty Rhodes, seeing as how he was involved in other wrestlers' segments this past week on Raw for no reason and making it seem like the show was all about him. I guess you're right about Steph as well though, either way.
Rob E Dangerously Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 Only way to save this: Bischoff turns Stephanie into his Lesbian lackey. Whooooooo.... and then Stephanie gets a fever from kissing a girl and is never seen on WWE TV again
Guest Midnight Express83 Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 Steph/Cripple H both make up Dusty, since both are the same when it comes to how they are booked. Besides, Dusty was fat enough to be two people. Well this match could go down with the stips. Steph could have Vince's sexual repressed dreams and want her ass kissed. Or Crips want to see his girlfriend dyking out on TV for his own masturbatory reasons/bookings.
Guest jester Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 Even if Steph has to kiss another woman (ha ha ha) I think they'll do it on free TV to pop the ratings. You know, "Tune into Raw Monday..." I was thinking a little bit more on this, since I am lacking in the life department at the moment, and it occurs to me that Steph once took a stinkface. If you were her, which would you rather do?
Guest geniusMoment Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 No way Steph will lose. My prediction is that after Billy and Chuck win Steph will bring out a donkey for Bischoff to kiss, that way he kisses her ass. I say that because that is the one scenario that will piss off the most fans and that seems to be what the WWE is trying for.

Guest Cataclysm911 Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 I think that Steph is the hottest woman in wrestling. I'm not joking.
Guest Kingpk Posted September 19, 2002 Report Posted September 19, 2002 Eh, once she got those soccer balls installed in her chest she lost that "pure" look.
Guest Cataclysm911 Posted September 20, 2002 Report Posted September 20, 2002 Who looks for "pure" women in wrestling? It's not like anyone on t.v. is your next door neighbor. Fuck. Steph = Hot Breasts = Hot Fuck it.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted September 20, 2002 Report Posted September 20, 2002 Molly looks pretty normal to me. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Cataclysm911 Posted September 20, 2002 Report Posted September 20, 2002 Molly looks pretty normal to me. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge She looks fat. She has a pretty face, but the new hair kills her. It makes he waist look bigger than it is because she cut it so short. She still looks good though. I just like Steph the best. You know she's a freak. Also, I'm white so I have no clue what the fuck "Fo sheez" means.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted September 20, 2002 Report Posted September 20, 2002 Oh, you know Steph's got a LOAD of freakiness in her. And I'm white too. What's your point? Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest deadbeater Posted September 20, 2002 Report Posted September 20, 2002 Cataclysm, many of the joshi you may like would make Molly look tiny in comparison. What if, what if Eric joins Vince's "Kiss my Ass Club", allowing Vince to get his revenge?

Then I gave a reason as to why I liked Steph better than Molly.
