Did this match ever take place?

My dad, in one of his sick twisted bouts of... sick twistedness... is putting together his next History exam, and one of the questions involves a court ruling. The options are like:

 

Madison vs Browning

Johnson vs Someone Else

 

Those kinds. You know, court decisions. Anywho, one of the options he put just to see how many people would pick it was:

 

Ventura vs Hogan

 

So I'm just wondering, did those two ever fight? And if so, when? I'd like to give my dad a date, so when he hands the tests back to his students he can give that little tidbit of info, and they can think even less of him.

Still looking for dates though but that would beprobably Hogan's first year as WWF champ.And they probably wrestled in the AWA as well

On the back of The Jesse "The Body" Ventura WWF Video, there's a picture of Ventura chocking out Hogan on the top rope, so I'm sure they went head-to-head at least once.
