Larry Sanders Show Question

Has anyone else seen "The Larry Sanders Show" in syndication? I just noticed it was on after SNL in my neck of the woods. Am I the last person to know about this?

I knew it was going to be on Bravo, but I just found out that it would be syndicated to local channels on weekends.

 

I just don't think a cleaned up version is the same.

It's on at 1 AM Saturdays in Indianapolis. As for it being cleaned up, I only heard one F-bomb get censored this past Saturday.

It will be on five days a week on Bravo, one day a week in Syndication.

 

I thought I remembered hearing that they filmed seperate versions of the scenes with swear words: one for HBO and a clean version for eventual showing on regular television.

 

I know that's how they edited out all the nudity when they showed "Dream On" on FOX and Comedy Central.

Fuck a clean version of Larry Sanders. Remember when they tried to put a clean version of Dream On on Fox? It lasted a grand total of 3 weeks because nobody wanted to see a neutered version of a good show. Thats what is so great about HBO, freedom. If they want to show a pair of tits and say fuck on an episode of Arliss, they can. Anyway, Larry Sanders is on every weeknight at 11:30 on HBO Comedy, right after Dennis Miller.
