Will Molly and Trish do it again?

At King of the Ring, Molly and Trish undoubtedly put on a better match for the women's title than HHH and Undertaker did for the world title. It can also be aregued that they were better tha Brock/RVD KotR Finals. Now, for Unforgiven, we have the same six people. I am positive (Especially after that horseshit Lesnar offered tonight) that they will out do Brock/Taker. There is just no doubt in my mind. But do you guys think they can outwrestle the RVD/HHH match? If HHH is in control, I'd say there is a rather large chance. RVD might be able to dig this match out, though. If this does happen, how long will they continue to let the ladies outshine the main eventers?

No way. I have a good feeling about the RVD/Trips match. I see it being a good *** match at least. The only thing that could really kill it would be the crowd, but I don't see any signs that the crowd would be apathetic as long as Trips continues the dickish heel behavior instead of going all lame-ass tweener on us.

HHH-Taker was the most boring match ever, imo. Brock-Taker has a good chance of being worse, and the crowd will most likely be dead. I say "yes".

I think they are really working on the triple threat match so it would be a lot more than "the face does all the work only for the heel to get the pin" booking. I hope the time they are taking would produce a great match series among Molly, Trish and Victoria. Who knows? If they pull it off, maybe the fans will call for "Triple Threat" when action in other matches get boring.

I've never seen a good WWE Women's match. That's just me. 'Taker is old, it's not like I expect him to put on weekly wrestling clinics. Brock only got a push because of size. It's obvious that they didn't push him because of wrestling talent or they would let him use more moves.

I think Brock and UT might be a bit better than people expect, though it'll be a fest of no selling.

 

RVD/HHH I think could be a great match if HHH plays a total heel in it and RVD does his stuff. RVD has awesome offense, HHH does awesome selling....if it goes like that the match will rule. If it goes "HHH dominates, RVD sells" the match will suck because HHH has boring offense and RVD's selling is inconsistent.

 

Nah, I don't think Molly/Trish will be better.

If Brock is going to do a few moves, have him look as if he specializes in them so they look very crisp.

 

Cataclysm, the women are not allowed to simulate All-Japan ca. 1993. But they have to make it up by doing more psychology, and the matches also need more time, at least 7-10 minutes, for the psychology to sink in, otherwise we get questions like "Why is Molly doing a Ric Flair and begging no and calling for time-out one minute into the match?"

But RVD in control comes off spotty and contrived. And Hunter in control is bland and just brawling, which neither are good at. Equal parts with lots of bumping.

 

I've never seen what I would call a good WWE women's match post-Attitude either. Alot of decent and watchable stuff.

Although I like what these two can do in the ring with each other, I doubt this will be a purely "scientific" matchup. With all the stupid angles Molly has been thrust into lately, I expect some kind of outside shenanigans involving Chris Nowinski and/or Buh Buh Dudley.

 

Oh yeah, and a lot of Lawler screaming "HLA! HLA!"

 

I don't expect HHH to provide any scintillating entertainment either... unless he busts his quad again, upon which I will watch that tape over and over again, bowling over in tumultuous laughter.

I think Trish / Molly can outdo Taker/Brock. I don't think they can outdo RVD / HHH unless they completely don't mesh. Regadless, HHH's title is a fake world title anyway.
