My View: Great Showing for this Manager turned ECW Cruiserweight. Billy Kidman really help him make a solid ten minute opener. I'll push this up by 1/4

Too Cool and Rikishi defeated

The Heenan Family (Haku and The Barbarian) and Tama when Grandmaster Sexay

defeated The Barbarian by countout in 0:03:29.

My View: I was off getting Twix Candy bars and soda at the concession stands when the match started, and was in my seat when the match ended. ICK.... Anyway 4 Samoans and only Too Cool brought in the wrestling. In their defense the Islanders Haku & Tama is Circa 87-88 when they RULED ALL!I Concur with the Ratings

Mr. Perfect pinned Barry Windham with the Perfect Plex in 0:09:36.

My View: Great Veterans Match alot of Serious mat wrestling with some old school near falls. Perfect hits that Perfect plex from clear out of no where, again push it up another 1/4

CRUISERWEIGHT TAG TEAM MATCH

 

Keni'chiro Arai and SAITO defeated MEN'S Teioh and Dick Togo when SAITO pinned

Togo with the Yoshi Tonic in 0:19:25.

My View: TORYUMON VS KAIENTAI BABY!!!! Great Match with Kaientai Antics mixed with great Wrestling and Aerial moves. SAITO tried to win it early with the Yoshi Tonic, but MENS made the save, by the end of the match SAITO hit the Yoshi Tonic again, and with ARAI nailing MENS Dick Togo had no where to go but to go down for the count. I'll Push this up to...

Air Paris pinned Kid Kash with the Tiger Driver in 0:18:34.

Rating: * 1/4

 

My View: Great Indi's Cruiserweight match. Air Paris gets his turn in Beating Kid kash a few days after His Former Partner AJ nailed him with a Super Styles Clash. Perhaps the damage from that match was a factor in Kash losing tonight? But Superior effort from Kash and Air Paris which pumps this up to

Super Crazy pinned Jamie Noble with the Crazy Bomb in 0:09:17.

My View: The Insane Luchador Gets the duke over Benoit's Mini Me. Noble put on a Great Defense for his belt, but Super Crazy hit his Cross Arm Powerbomb ending the dispute and leaving with the Gold. I'll add a additional star

Villano V pinned Stevie Richards with the Flying Kneedrop in 0:13:30.

Rating: * 3/4

 

My View: Villano V using his Mexican Wrestling experience to take out the "Clueless Putz" Stevie Richards. Majority of the Match consisted of Stevie running away and stalling, then taking Cheapshots, Chairshots, then Low blows, Trying to hit that all Important Superkick. But Villano Gutted out the frustrated and defeated him. I concur with the Ratings.

HARDCORE TAG TEAM MATCH

No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:

Bill Wiles and C.W. Anderson defeated Masayoshi Motegi and Mitsuhiro Matsunaga

when Anderson pinned Motegi after a power bomb in 0:10:06.

My View: The Battle of the Dead Promotions! ECW vs Team W*ING. It started out a wrestling match, but degerated into a Street fight, going throughout the arena. The End came as Motegi tried to Hurricanrana CW through a table but CW Powerbombed him into the table instead. Garbage hardcore wrestling being a guilty pleasure of mine I'll pump this up to.

No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:

Kevin Sullivan pinned Kintaro Kanemura with the Double Stomp in 0:00:21.

Rating: 1/4*

(Kevin Sullivan won the Hardcore Championship.)

 

My View: This was hyped to be the Returning Feud of Sullivan and Kanemura from W*ING where Sullivan nearly tore Kanemura's eye out with a knife, in this match however, Sullivan Gave him the Finger POKE of Death and Kanemura took a DIVE giving Sullivan the win. Pitiful the crowd booed as they Banded together!

My view is a bit dimmer than the Sim

Super Nova and The Blue Meanie defeated The Dream Team when The Blue Meanie

made Valentine submit to a bearhug in 0:19:02.

My View: Only two guys here actually have some wrestling ability, Valentine and Nova, but they couldn't even save the matches from their tag partners, Brutus Beefcake and Blue meanie

LATIN AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP

Mil Mascaras pinned Pedro Morales with the Flying Cross Body Press in 0:11:54.

Rating: *

(Mil Mascaras retained the Latin American Championship.)

 

My View: Great display of wrestling from two Old timers in their prime. End came after a Mat wrestling oriented match with Mascara Hitting the High Cross Body!

My ratings is I concur, though I didn't dislike the match, the Younger generation didn't find it all interesting.

My View: Kinda pitiful when Steve Corino's Flunky gets a win off you. Yup The Kiss Demon certainly DOES SUCK Now don't He?

Val Venis pinned Christian with the Money Shot in 0:01:56.

My View: Without the Unamericans backing him up, Christian tried to stall, but a Cheapshot attempt turned into Val Venis Hitting a Blue Thunder, then The Money Shot!

I dunno why the sim would rate that for a 2 minute match so I say

Jindrak And O'Haire defeated Kronik when Jindrak pinned Clark with the

Tilt-A-Whirl Slam in 0:24:04.

My View: Jindrak and O`Haire got the rub from Kronik. and Guess WHAT?!?! Kronik didn't lay in the ring and Pout afterwards like Buffy Bagwell and Lex "Im too Important to help the Younger generation" Luger

UNITED ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP

(TARZAN GOTO NO SHOWED)

Akira Taue pinned Shoji Nakamaki with the nodowa otoshi in 0:11:21.

My View: After weeks of Hyping that Goto could not be beaten, He challenged anyone to take him on for the Mega PPV... Akira Taue stepped up, and then at the last second Goto feigned injury and Shoji Nakamaki took his place. Even though Akira beats him Since it wasn't Goto the Title couldn't change hands. JIP!

I concur with the Ratings even if Akira is in the ring kicking ass

Gibson Leglock in 0:17:52.

My View: Rock N Roll Express vs KAIENTAI BABY!!!! it saddens me that those voting for the winners evidently wasn't familar with the Rock n Roll Express. Anyway Awesome tag match, with a Mixture of Old school work and Kaientai Trademark double team moves, and Aerial combos. My ratings pumps this up to

No-Time-Limit-Two-out-of-three-Falls Match:

Great Sasuke beat Rey Misterio Jr. 2 falls to 0:

x Sasuke beat Misterio Jr. via the Thunder Fire Power Bomb in 0:15:00

x Sasuke beat Misterio Jr. via a tiger suplex in 0:15:21

Rating: ** 3/4

(Great Sasuke retained the X Championship.)

 

my View: Great match with two Legends in the Junior field. Sasuke and Rey clashes for 15 full minutes before He gets the first pin. Rey tries to make the come back, but when he tries a Handspring elbow, Sasuke grabs and Nails the Tiger Suplex using Rey's own Momentum.

Chicago Street Fight No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:

Simon Diamond pinned New Jack after a gutwrench suplex in 0:11:37.

Rating: * 1/4

 

My View: New Jack takes Simon throughout the arena and Beating the crap out of him with Weapons galore. Simon was busted wide open when New Jack tries a Balcony Dive onto Simon. Simon rolls off the table and New Jack CRASHES through! Simon drags him up and hits a Gutwrench Suplex just to add insult to injury. Ratings stay the same

SHOOT FIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

Last Man Standing Match

Dan Severn made Tank Abbott submit to a half Boston in 0:26:24.

Rating: * 1/2

(Dan Severn retained the Shoot Fight Championship.)

 

My View: Tank Abbott took the wrestling right out of the equation in the first few minutes Battering Dan Severns, then the went all out with Stiff Punches and kicks then going into submissions. Dan chopped blocked Abbott at the 24 minute and weakened Abbot's limb. Dan finished him up with the Half crab.

Big Vito defeated Zeus by disqualification in 0:02:32.

My View: This was just a Travesty. Zeus can't wrestle so he could only Choke and got DQ'd for it I concur with the ratings

 

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP

El Samurai pinned The Genius with the Samurai Bomb in 0:01:52.

Rating: 3/4*

(El Samurai retained the European Championship.)

 

My View: The Genius Cut a Poem before the match in soft Fluffy words, BASHED El Samurai for holding the European title at all. El Samurai makes short work of him in the process

My View: Two Great Luchador Match going for 20 secs? BLAH!

Big Boss Man pinned Hercules with the Boss Man Slam in 0:10:12.

(Big Boss Man retained the United States Championship.)

 

My View: Hercules tried his best but The Evil Old Hoss Bossman just was on a Roll and caught him with that Bossman Slam.

Taipei Death No-DQ-Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:

Ian Rotten pinned Jason the Terrible after a Frankensteiner in 0:08:43.

Rating: 1/4*

 

My View: Ian couldn't get the first Glass Shard Fist shots to Jason's face because of the Hockey Mask. But in the later minutes the Mask came off, and the two was on Equal footing. By the end of the match, both men were a Bloody mess, Jason tried a Powerbomb, but That fat ass Ian Managed a Rana out of fricken no where!

WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

The Young Stallions defeated The Can-Am Express when Roma pinned Furnas

with the Flying Bodypress in 0:12:36.

Rating: 1/2*

(The Young Stallions won the World Tag team Championship.)

 

My View: Young Stallions Manage to fend off the Canadian Violence mixed in with the Stiff Japanese style of the Champions, in the end Roma Bodypressed a Surprised Furnas to gain the belts.
