Well... I chased my dream. But when I got there... I discovered it was really just a dream.

 

And sadly, yes, succeeding in the fed was my dream for a while. And sadly, yes, I'm quitting. This would essentially mean that I'm no-showing for Storm, yes.

 

First off, let me apologize. I feel I'm letting everyone down who ever had any great expectations on me to succeed. This goes especially for Edwin, and the rest of the MC, who put a lot of faith in me... I'm sorry I can't live up to it. But I'm not promoing, I'm rarely writing, and I'm putting the fed ahead of things that are just far, far too important. I just can't do this anymore.

 

Honestly, it isn't so much that I can't write... it's just that I can't stay up all night the day before everything is due anymore, and write 10 pages in one sitting. I know, I know, that's my fault for being a lazy procrastinator. The fact that my procrastination is so deeply burned into my mind is one of the reasons I need to drop the fed. That, and staying up all night sorta kinda affects your health poorly, heh.

 

Secondly, and far more importantly, I'm valuing the fed over schoolwork that absolutely needs to be done. My life and future literally depends on it.

 

So, again, I apologize again I have to quit... but life sucks, eh? I may return at some indeterminate point in the future, whenever I find out what these weird 'schedule' things are.

 

Though I would just like to say... even between my inconsistancies, my no-showing epidemic, and my all-too-often staying up all night to turn a match in bits, this fed was fun. The people that populate this place are some of the finest I've ever met, real life or otherwise. You all rule, and hopefully you can all keep on truckin' better than I can.

 

Also, before anyone panics that my glorious () presence will be removed from the fed entirely (I'm looking at a certian someone who EXPLODES~! and what not), I'm only really seperating myself from the writing portion of the fed. I'm still going to be on AIM, and spending entriely-too-much time in chat, I'm sure. The more things change...

 

And... I suppose that wraps up anything I really wanted to say. Most people would normally put their thank-you's and goodbye's here, but since I'm not totally leaving, I can say all my thankee's personally, on AIM or in chat, heh.

 

And with that, I think I'm done being my usual verbose self. It's been real, folks.

Really tough that you aren't writing... you had someone who was as hilarious as Cyclone Comet and easy to write by just about anyone. Probably funniest that you could write yourself getting your ass kicked better then anyone else could... but hey... had to do what works.
